San Martin is an unincorporated, rural community just south of Morgan Hill. Larger parcels, vineyards and a quiet country setting give buyers room to breathe while staying within reach of US-101 and Silicon Valley.

San Martin's wineries include CordeValle Winery (formerly Clos LaChance), the DeRose Winery tasting room, Little Uvas Vineyard, Lion Ranch Vineyards and Winery, Miramar Vineyards and Moose Mountain Vineyards.

San Martin is also home to the luxury CordeValle resort, with the CordeValle Golf Club and The Spa at CordeValle, and to Rocca's Market, the neighborhood market on Monterey Highway.

On the east side of town, the Bear Ranch entrance to Coyote Lake-Harvey Bear Ranch County Park, at 1950 East San Martin Avenue, offers free parking, a 2-mile paved loop and access to more than 33 miles of hiking, biking and equestrian trails, plus fishing and boating on Coyote Lake.
