San Francisco.
Tuesday’s broker’s tour was private appointments — not open-house theater.
2921 Octavia Street opened the day in the Pacific Heights | Cow Hollow corridor. White Victorian elevation above a clean street-level garage. Terracotta entry. A terrace with iron railing and room to sit. The block tells you as much as the door.
Octavia videos:
629 29th Avenue was the second stop. View first — rooftops to downtown, Golden Gate, Bay. Then the rooms: dining under glass, a kitchen with charcoal cabinetry and a ruby mosaic wall, a great room with vaulted ceiling and black-framed sliders, a primary suite that opens to a balcony, bathing rooms built as private spa, and a bedroom that doubles as a serious desk with a corner view.
629 videos:
755 Duncan Street closed the day — including an au pair suite as a living feature. Modern stair under skylight. Rooftop terrace with lounge and dining. Private patio hardscape. The suite reads as its own small residence: open living | kitchenette | outdoor access, bedrooms, and spa baths. Product filtered the way an operating company filters an asset.
Duncan videos:
If you are relocating into the city, placing capital, or walking product with the same rigor you bring to an operating company, call. Direct.
