A public open house is optional

A weekend open house is one way to see a home. It is not the only way, and it is not always the right way.
If a listing will be open to the public this weekend, we will post the address and hours only when those are verified. We do not have a new public open house to attach to this draft. Until we do, this is the rule.
What a public open house is for:
Buyers who are comfortable walking through with other people in the rooms. Sellers who want that traffic.
What we also do:
Private showings. Off-market conversations. A public listing only when it serves the deal. Morgan Hill, San Martin, Gilroy, and the greater Silicon Valley.
What we will not post:
An invented address. A fake time window. A “preview” of a house we have not been asked to show.
If you want to walk a house this weekend without making it a public event, contact us.
