It is not a highlight reel. A working day for us is private showings, off-market conversations, and the unglamorous work that keeps a deal from becoming public before it should.

Morning is usually the quiet part: confirm who is walking which house, and who is not. Midday is the rooms. Evening is the follow-up that does not belong on a listing site. We work Morgan Hill, San Martin, Gilroy, and the greater Silicon Valley. Family-run. Annette DiResta and Trevor DiResta.

What we will not post:

A fake schedule. A client name. A sold price we have not verified. A day-in-the-life that is really an ad for a brand we do not have a deal with.
